PMO and Strategy Manager (US)
Corning Incorporated is a leading innovator in glass, ceramic, and materials science. As the PMO and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading various programs for US-based businesses under Corning Glass Innovations, focusing on operational improvement and business growth.

Responsibilities
Advance strategic initiatives in CGI to drive progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Lead CGI’s cross functional programs that tackle critical operational issues, establishing project scope and plan, driving timely and rigorous execution through tracking mechanism and collective problem solving, while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among different functions and at different levels
Collaborate with technology community and/or businesses to evaluate market prospects, size of prize of new opportunities, and devise strategies for potential technology commercialization
Develop data-based go-to-market, business model, and/or investment strategies for business segments under CGI, helping senior management solve complicated business challenges and realize growth potential
Work with businesses, technology community and corporate finance teams to identify incremental growth opportunities, define priorities and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related required
5+ years of experience working at leading consulting firms and/or multinational corporations (in such roles as strategy, PLM, new business development) in Business-to-Business (B2B) technology industries
Strong analytic/problem-solving skills with experience in dealing with complex business issues
A good combination of strategic thinking and operational execution
Capable of senior management communication & engagement
Demonstrated leadership in managing project & people across functions and regions
Seasoned in technological areas, ability to engage in technology discussions
Preferred
MBA from top ranked school is preferred
