Responsibilities

Guide a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic operating plans that improve profitability, market share, guest satisfaction, and brand alignment

Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors and regional partners, providing clear expectations and driving alignment on performance priorities

Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing field team to ensure consistent execution and leadership bench strength across the portfolio

Review key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and deploy targeted action plans that yield measurable results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operating processes, elevate brand identity, and activate initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance

Ensure hotels maintain full compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements, and champion HHM’s sustainability practices

Promote transparent communication, resolve performance gaps quickly, and foster a collaborative culture across regional and property teams

Contribute to companywide strategies that support service excellence, team engagement, and long-term revenue goals

Senior-level hospitality operationsHotel portfolio managementRelationship-building skillsStrategic operating plansBachelor’s degree

Required

Senior-level hospitality operations experience with a hotel management company leading to VP or above

Background overseeing hotel portfolios with full-service, resort, lifestyle, and luxury hotels

Experience working across multiple brand families, including independent hotels

Strong relationship-building skills with hotel investors and regional partners
