Responsibilities

Build software tools to automate deployment and testing of compute infrastructure

Scale critical services such to support customer growth

Apply test-driven development principles and help us move closer to our goal of continuous delivery

Research and implement new open-source and commercial tools, technologies and methodologies

Collaborate with peer teams who have built world class networking and orchestration solutions

Required

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry

8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with OpenStack

A strong background in programming with Python

A strong background in Linux systems architecture and engineering

Experience managing infrastructure as code with terraform

Experience with applying a configuration management platform such as Puppet at scale

Understanding of core concepts around Kubernetes and Docker

Prior experience in software development or release management is highly desirable

Familiarity with virtualization and cloud infrastructure technologies
