Responsibilities
Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values
Conduct quality checks for product data accuracy, images, and descriptions
Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure a consistent and engaging online experience
Analyze product presentation, filtering, and navigation to identify opportunities for improvement
Research ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practices
Participate in meetings and assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication
Passion for retail or technology
Based in Tyler, TX at our Home Office (Tyler-area residence)
Preferred
Familiarity with retail or multi-location business operations
Experience with data analysis or problem-solving projects in a classroom or work setting
Ability to work independently and within a team; continuous improvement mindset
