Responsibilities
Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc
Mark findings on provided site maps
Track mileage and time
Return completed folders to your managers
Qualification
Required
Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
Are detail-oriented and organized
Have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance
Can lift up to 20 lbs and use a map or GPS
A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required
