Responsibilities
Assist the Director to oversee daily operations
Monitor AR indicators to ensure AR focus is aligned with meeting the CBO financial performance goals
Work with each of the CBO areas to review performance and provide support and recommendations to the Director and Managers to assist them to achieve the CBO's goals
Review policies and processes in each area and work with the CBO leadership to make processes more efficient and effective
Assist to provide oversight to ensure that the project team is comprised of appropriate employees and that tasks are completed timely by each member
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare administration required
10+ years healthcare and revenue cycle experience in lieu of degree
Revenue Cycle and hospital collections experience required
Previous management experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Personal organizational skills
Ability to successfully complete work within rigid time constraints with the ability to multi-task
Must be able to exercise independent thought and judgement
Possess strong analytical skills
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Governmental payer regulatory billing requirements preferred
