Mid LevelDoing Steel Fabrication is a Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Fabricator with 4 locations Nationwide. The Project Manager will lead planning and implementation of projects, manage timelines and project performance, and ensure effective communication of project status to management.

Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of project definition, scope, and deliverables
Execution of project schedules, budgets, and performance
Lead planning and implementation of projects
Manage timelines and project performance
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to management
Follow company policies, procedures, and methodologies
Participate in project status meetings as necessary
Manage project budgets
Prepare and manage change order work
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Preference with steel construction and/or steel fabrication
Experience with planning and change order management
Strong comprehension of construction drawings
Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to develop and maintain project budgets
Knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract language
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong computer literacy skills
