Manager, Compensation
The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Compensation to join their Global Compensation team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining consistent global compensation practices that support business objectives and talent strategies, including leading process standardization and delivering actionable insights through data storytelling.

Responsibilities
Develop, roll out and maintain standardized global compensation processes to ensure consistency across all regions. Partner to deliver technology-based solutions that ensure processes deliver accuracy through a simplified and digitized process
Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations across global markets
Drive global compensation year-end program activities, partnering with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and others
Enhance our partnership and global approach to hourly manufacturing benchmarking
Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation surveys and PayFactors platform, elevating how we use data and tools to proactively manage compensation and maximize organizational impact
Guide survey participation, ensure accurate job matching for competitive market data, interpret survey results, and deliver actionable insights to inform market pricing strategies
Oversee compensation offers to ensure alignment with pay philosophy, internal equity, and market competitiveness
Independently manage complex, escalated offers requiring thorough evaluation, market pricing analysis and internal equity considerations, and strategically influence to drive alignment on final decisions
Provide coaching and guidance to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support informed, equitable compensation decisions
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Create dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Build business cases and develop compelling narratives to proactively communicate findings to senior leadership, influence strategic decisions, and gain necessary approvals
Champion our global living wage strategy to ensure alignment with benchmarks and maintain compliance across all locations
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure equitable pay practices across all geographies
Partner with HR Operations and the business to oversee day-to-day administration of short-term incentive programs (One Hershey Incentive Program (OHIP), Sales Incentives (OHIP-Sales and SIP), and Manufacturing Incentive Program (MIP), including ensuring accurate calculations, clear communication materials, timely payouts, and adherence to incentive guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with global exposure strongly preferred
Expertise in compensation surveys and PayFactors platform or similar survey warehouse
Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of living wage, FLSA and pay equity principles
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools

Experience with SuccessFactors
