Responsibilities

Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for a marquee global client in the automotive industry
Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned with the client’s digital transformation and NetApp’s business objectives
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of business partners, including engineering, services, product and partners, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the client’s global organization
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across business units, geographies, and solution areas
Advocate for the client within NetApp to influence product innovation and service delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization
Represent NetApp’s values of ownership, growth mindset, customer centricity, belonging, and high performance in every interaction

Required

Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and strategic account management
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across global organizations
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, particularly in automotive or manufacturing
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
Passion for inclusion, collaboration, and fostering a culture of belonging
Familiarity with cloud, data infrastructure, or enterprise technology
12+ years in enterprise sales and strategic account management
Experience selling within the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
