As a Billing Coordinator, you will manage invoicing and billing requirements, ensuring compliance with customer agreements and collaborating with various stakeholders to support maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities

Interface with Shared Services, Service Work Order Team (SWOT) to maintain compliance to customer agreed upon contractual invoicing requirements
Ensure that SAP orders contain accurate customer Work Order numbers
Ensure that special invoice delivery methods are properly noted prior to removing Billing Blocks and invoicing
Manage Non-Quoted Repair (NQR) special billing requirements
Analyze Non-Quoted Repair (NQR) Service Orders
Identify orders requiring further review with management prior to removing Billing Blocks in SAP Transactions ZVDMR and ZDMR
Collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as Service leaders, Service Sales, and technicians, during maintenance and repair projects
Coordinate with customers

Qualification

Required

2+ years of relevant customer service expertise, ideally within the building services industry
Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

Strong organizational skills
