Responsibilities
Project Management: Assisting civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
Design Development: Lead review of designs for infrastructure projects, including site grading, stormwater management, transportation systems, and utility layouts, using industry-standard software
Permitting and Compliance: Prepare and submit permitting documentation to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and addressing project requirements
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools
5+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
Preferred
Experience with hydrology, structural analysis, or transportation modeling is a plus
