TODDLER LEAD TEACHER, HR Children's Center

Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and well-being of all the children in the classroom
Support the mission and philosophy of the Center
Provide a nurturing, consistent, developmentally appropriate environment that meets the cognitive, emotional, social and physical needs of young children
Develop and maintain family relationships
Collaborate with co-teaching team
Take part in continuous professional development
Abide by all EEC licensing standards, and all policies and procedures set forth in the employee handbook
Qualification
Required
Lead Teacher Certified by MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively and communicate well with others
Reliable and conscientious
Computer skills (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Kaymbu, COR Advantage)
Willingness to increase knowledge in the field
Organized, ability to multitask
Ability to work independently
Attentive to confidentiality of records and other information
Preferred
Certificate of CPR and first aid training (recommended)
