Responsibilities

Drive Stuut’s frontend technical vision in partnership with design and backend teams
Build responsive, performant Vue.js applications that simplify complex B2B financial workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions
Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and systems that scale productivity, code quality, and team impact
Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and humility

Qualification

Required

5+ years of frontend engineering experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
Highly skilled with Vue.js (Vue 3), TypeScript, state management, and modern frontend build tools
Deep experience building complex, data-heavy applications with responsive design and frontend testing frameworks
Thrive in early-stage, high-growth startup environments where you can build systems and processes from the ground up
Enjoy engaging directly with customers to understand workflow needs and translate them into exceptional experiences
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend culture on high-performing teams
Relentlessly focused on mastering your craft and solving customer pain points through superior frontend design
