Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between brokers, borrowers, and external title companies to ensure a seamless disbursement of funds
Meticulously review and verify loan documents for 100% accuracy, ensuring full adherence to TRID, RESPA, and State/Federal regulations
Execute manual calculations for seller credits and final settlement statements with precision
Identify and resolve document discrepancies proactively to prevent delays in property ownership transfer

Required

No previous experience is required; we will train you from scratch
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Notary license is highly regarded but not required
