Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Production Print Technical Consultant to support their Dealer channel. The role involves providing configurations for production and industrial printing equipment, collaborating with sales teams, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing valid configurations for current KM production and industrial printing equipment
Make recommendations for upselling and additional 3rd party finishing items and software solutions
Contributes to the achievement of production and industrial print and solutions revenue and unit goals and objectives
Collaborates with sales teams to develop customer production and industrial print strategy to dealers
Responsible for pre and post sales account opportunity assessment, professional services, and software solution expansion
Demonstrates the customer solution value through proof of concepts
Analyzes customer business requirements and processes
Assist in developing dealer/dealer customer solutions recommendations and proposals
Contributes to the development of new techniques, models, and plans to help grow the production and industrial print business
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned territory
Develop and implement training curriculums based on current needs for dealers and dealer customers

Required

Minimum 5+ years related experience working with KM production/industrial print or equivalent desirable
Knowledge of Dealer Channel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
Travel in assigned region (Estimated 30-50%)
Strong working knowledge of production and industrial hardware, services, and solutions offerings
Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology
Pass certification tests to enhance career path as required
Assist in proposal preparation with Dealers Production Print Specialists
A technical understanding of end-to-end production and industrial printing workflows is essential
Ability to create and communicate KM's value propositions, differentiation and solutions benefits internally and externally
Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
Strong communication skills written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to sit or stand for long period of time in support of travel or customer meetings/presentations/events
Proficiency in all features, functions and limitations of KM current production and industrial printing equipment
