Responsibilities
Perform service calls and system diagnostics on AV systems
Provide technical support for integrated AV solutions
Assist with equipment setup and testing during downtime
Interpret schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting
Maintain records of service activities and client interactions
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members for timely project completion
Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and practices
Qualification
Required
CTS certification required
Q-SYS Level 1 certification required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the audio-visual industry
Strong familiarity with AV networking, especially Netgear systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Preferred
Experience in both service and installation roles
Knowledge of emerging AV technologies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
