Responsibilities
Drive implementation of software thru analysis and design activities for new business features or value-based enhancements to existing software
Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, data, and others to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements
Automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines
Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product
Work in a agile team environment to iteratively delivery value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
4-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements
Proven experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior team members
Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java
Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications and microservices using AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, GraphQL, REST APIs, and EventBridge
Experience delivering IaC solutions using AWS CDK and Serverless frameworks
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Mentor and coach more junior team members
Preferred
Familiarity with AI tools and methods to enhance engineering productivity and workflow efficiency
Working knowledge of Agile practices is highly desirable
