Responsibilities

Lead key HQ, regional, branch, and franchise communications with national accounts
Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed
Drive growth and accountability by managing partner programs, incentives, and performance against agreed goals
Revive and strengthen underperforming partners through proactive support, business reviews, and tailored strategies
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, brand standards, and operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to build scalable tools and minimize channel conflict
Represent Bevi at key industry events, conferences, and partner summits
Track and report on partner performance using Salesforce and other systems, using data to inform decisions

Required

5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or channel sales in a high-growth environment
Proven ability to build and grow relationships with senior decision makers and partner stakeholders
Skilled in designing and executing partner programs, incentives, and enablement strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and build trust with diverse audiences
Data-driven with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excited by travel (up to 50–60%) to strengthen relationships and represent Bevi nationwide
