Product Manager Faucets
Hansgrohe North America is a company specializing in kitchen and bathroom products. The Product Manager Faucets will manage the hansgrohe branded kitchen products and bathroom faucets throughout their entire product life cycle, including market research, product specifications, pricing, and coordination with various departments to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities
Manage hansgrohe Kitchen and Bath faucets portfolio and introduce new products from initial market research and comprehension, to establishing technical, regulatory, and other product requirements with R&D and Design teams, to developing business cases, to cross-departmental and transatlantic coordination leveraging Hansgrohe’s comprehensive product launch process (stage-gate) ensuring a successful and on time launch, to product lifecycle management incl. phase out
Collect and organize/prioritize feedback from sales team and/or customers and develop implementation plans
Coordinates realistic sales forecasting and ROI Calculations during new product development
Leads the work with the codes and approvals department for the Kitchen & Bath Faucets categories to obtain all necessary approvals and product listings
Coordination with Product Planners, Production and Logistic Planners, Marketing, Finance & Sales
Create product specifications
Suggest new product pricing by analyzing the market environment and meeting margin targets
Maintain and manage current product range, including phase-out planning and execution
Maintain pricing of product category keeping in mind cost pressures as well as our competitive set and annual pricing activities in the marketplace
Assist in the creation of marketing strategies and new product promotions
Assist with packaging development and installation materials and videos when required
Communicate product introduction, news and changes to sales, operations and marketing organizations
Conduct product related research and frequently analyze competitor’s products
Train internal associates, including technical and customer support teams, and coordinate product information, to sales and marketing
Assist in price book, collateral, assets and new brochure development
Participate in development of product display for Showrooms, Shows & Events
Assist in compliance reviews
Qualification
Required

Fluent in English
Ability to clearly communicate a business case, project update or other presentation in front of the executive management team in USA and Germany
Ability to respond to all levels of leadership, external vendors, customers, common inquiries and requests
Ability to read, interpret and effectively analyze headquarters project briefs, business reports, legal documents, financials, and marketing concepts/campaigns/briefs in English
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical publications, reports, and legal documents and have an entry-level understanding of engineering drawings
Ability to formulate on-brand responses to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Strong project management skills in ideating, leading, or working on cross-functional projects
Ability to solve problems and motivate others to find creative solutions to problems
Actively seeks to promote and identify new opportunities for the development of the business based on networking, data collection and analysis with an ability to use data and analytics to optimize marketing strategy and stay on top of trends
Must be able to multi-task and function in fast-paced working environments

Ability to prepare and present visual and insightful presentations of strategies and business development plans to HQ as well as local Management and Leadership Team
Demonstrated cultural competency
BA in Business or related field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
35 % travel required related to area of responsibility incl. international travel to our HQ in Germany
