PCB Layout Designer
North Atlantic Industries is a leading provider of embedded electronic solutions, specializing in rugged embedded computing and power supplies. The PCB Layout Designer will assist engineers in creating multilayer high-density printed circuit board designs and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Responsibilities
Performs detailed layout design and documentation of printed circuit boards
Produces two-dimensional (2D) CAD work product output for fabrication and assembly
Works from schematics, net lists, part lists, and basic description of the board function, constraints, configuration, and arrangement as defined by engineering
Checks drawings versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standard engineering drafting practices and standards
Create electronic library symbols, geometry, footprints etc
Work with system management including file maintenance, backup and storage
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline or a minimum of five years' experience preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts

Signal Integrity analysis experience helpful
Experience working with Allegro preferred
