Responsibilities
Perform the duties of an Operator 1
Operate batch controller systems, perform data SAP entries
Perform viscosity and quality checks on the line sampling
Correct the consistency of paste in a mixer and transfer the chocolate as needed
Operate equipment PLC’s
Track inventory, clean magnets and document HACCP
Data entry
Cross train to perform all functions of an Operator 2, Machine Liquid – Refiner
Cross train for 'Raw Materials Assist' functions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Good written and oral communication skills
Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently
Ability to climb stairs, often
Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often
Comfortable working at heights
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus
