Responsibilities

Coordinate availability of thousands of service items across multiple regions

Translate forecasts and customer requests into actionable schedules

Track work orders and ensure timely updates in enterprise systems

Adjust plans based on capacity, demand shifts, and supply constraints

Maintain accurate product data and planning parameters

Support product launches and phase-outs with updated inventory strategies

Generate performance reports and flag potential delays or shortages

Collaborate with teams across operations, engineering, and customer support

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency efforts

Required

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Ideally three or more years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply coordination, at both the day to day, and the strategic planning level, ideally working experience with more than 2-3K Items/Skus, or more

Familiarity with ERP systems (Direct SAP Is a near MUST HAVE) and planning tools (Materials Management, Production Planning, etc.)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
