The role involves managing the full scope of the category and vendor portfolio, driving topline performance and profitability while building relationships with key brands and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities
Define the vision and business strategy for the category including North Star metric(s) and KPIs for measuring results
Manages category P&L and develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvements for the business
Develops vendor relationships inclusive of terms negotiations and growth focused initiatives
Drive broad adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience
Devise clear frameworks for making day-to-day decisions
Lead execution of projects including building project plans
Drive commitments from internal teams including Marketing, Advertising, and Category Management
Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for subcategories
Qualification
Required
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Preferred
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
