Responsibilities

Senior Technical Ownership: 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Industrialization Engineering. You have a proven track record of owning quality for composite airframe structures, bonded assemblies, and precision metallic components
Tactical Shop Floor Leadership: You are a "shop floor" engineer. You have the hands-on experience to troubleshoot complex issues at supplier sites—specifically in cleanroom layup, infusion, autoclave/oven cure cycles, and primary structural assembly
APQP Champion: Deep proficiency in AS9145 (APQP/PPAP) and AS9100. You know how to guide a supplier through the rigors of a production ramp while ensuring First Article Inspections (FAI) are robust and meaningful
Root Cause Mastery: Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) using 8Ds, Fishbone, and 5-Whys. You look for the systemic fix, not the "band-aid."
Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to translate technical manufacturing risks into actionable insights for Supply Chain and Design Engineering, ensuring that design intent is manufacturable at the supplier level
