Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch labor crews for scheduled evictions across multiple locations
Serve as the main point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows
Confirm schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
Track job status and follow up on completion reports and photographs
Troubleshoot issues in the field (delays, access problems, crew no-shows) and resolve in real-time
Maintain accurate records of job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes
Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone to confirm logistics and respond to inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between scheduling, billing, and client satisfaction
Assist with post-job wrap-up including documentation, reporting, and any follow-up logistics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in field service coordination, dispatching, logistics, or operations support (prior eviction or property services is a plus)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience using scheduling or dispatch software
Ability to work independently and think critically under pressure
Comfort with using spreadsheets, digital calendars, and shared task platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree preferred
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging or urgent situations
