NetSuite is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Oracle APEX to lead the development of the Zero Process Oracle (ZPO) Process Registry platform. This role involves designing and implementing an enterprise-grade application, mentoring junior developers, and integrating AI/ML model outputs into user interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the Zero Process Oracle (ZPO) Process Registry platform
Design and implement the core ZPO Registry using Oracle APEX
Create dynamic Gate assessment workflows
Develop role-based dashboards for multiple personas
Automate quarterly report generation
Track real-time metrics
Mentor junior developers
Integrate AI/ML model outputs into user interfaces
Ensure the platform scales to support all of Oracle

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in software development
Proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
Experience with Oracle APEX

Ability to architect and build applications that scale

Preferred

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience in developing dynamic Gate assessment workflows
Experience in creating role-based dashboards
Experience in automated report generation
Experience in real-time metrics tracking
Collaboration experience with data scientists
