The internship focuses on providing support to the Raw Materials team, specifically in color management, where the intern will engage in both technical and creative aspects of color while working on various projects to enhance the enterprise color library.

Responsibilities

Support business in daily functions: pulling colors, matching colors, working with all teams that need color, from color and print to design, beauty, marketing, concept

Responsible for assisting in maintaining and working on projects to move enterprise color library forward

Learn about and help to develop heathers for designs seasonal palettes supporting both brands

Learn about color risk mitigation, dyeing/dyestuffs

Update color data as necessary in software programs

Learn about technical color industry, software, hardware used

Learn how to measure in color, and review color lab dips digitally

Learn how to formally communicate with our regional partners in Vietnam, HK, and Sri Lanka as related to color and heathers

Develop strong relationships with fellow associates across all levels/departments of the business
