The Executive Assistant will support a senior executive in the Brand Management division, coordinating travel, managing calendars, and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and coordinating the Executive’s extensive domestic and international business travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, reservations

Managing calendars and booking and rescheduling multiple meetings, in multiple time zones, and understanding dependencies between meetings

Proactively ensure tasks are being followed up and executed in a timely manner

Preparing the Executive’s expense report and managing department invoices

Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business in multiple markets

Assisting with research, and compiling information as needed

Maintaining the company office in Miami and handling minimal duties relating to office management and oversight
