Responsibilities

Support setup and operations of hospitality venues, including access control, venue cleanliness, and logistical coordination

Help manage internal and external communication - responding to client requests, problem-solving in real time, and ensuring a smooth event experience

Represent the USGA with professionalism while engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Gain exposure to event planning, client management, partnership activation, and multiple USGA departments involved in championship execution

Support additional hospitality and operational tasks to ensure the success of the championship experience

Required

Undergrad students preferred

Able to lift heavy items while practicing Safe Lifting and/or with the assistance of others
