Law Practice
Responsibilities
Appear in court for motions, hearings, and trials throughout Hampton Roads
Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, memoranda, and contracts
Conduct client consultations and assess the viability of new matters
Handle real estate settlements and transactional closings
Collaborate with partners and team members to provide exceptional client service
Manage case files and maintain clear, organized documentation in accordance with firm standards
Qualification
Required
Active Virginia Bar License or pending bar results (with third-year practice certificate)
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Professional, motivated, and client-focused demeanor
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience or internship background in real estate law, civil litigation, or small business representation
Comfort with courtroom appearances and client-facing work
