Racker is launching a new leadership structure aimed at enhancing the experience of those working and living within the home. The Residential Assistant Team Director will co-lead a team to ensure the highest quality of life for residents while mentoring staff and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Co-lead, with the mentorship of the Team Director, a team of direct care workers, family members, residents, partner programs and clinical professionals to create and maintain the highest quality of life for those living within the home

Directly supervise staff scheduled fewer than 20 hours per week, including relief staff. Indirectly supervise staff scheduled 20 or more hours per week

Coach, mentor and train staff in best practices of a residential environment

Assume Administrator on Call (AOC) duties

Assist in the training and development of staff

Ensure that documentation and program plans are implemented in accordance with OPWDD certification requirements

Work a primary schedule of Sunday through Thursday, with four days scheduled as direct care and one day scheduled for supervisory responsibilities
