Express Employment Professionals is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to identify their needs and introduce our solutions
Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor product or service presentations that align with client requirements
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close sales deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, manage pipelines, and update customer information accurately
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that generate new leads and expand outreach efforts
Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and services to communicate their value effectively during technical sales discussions
Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques
Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience

Required

Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to articulate value propositions clearly
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales environments is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling strategies that build rapport quickly
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management
Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team-oriented environment
High level of motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm for engaging with clients across diverse industries

Preferred

Business development experience is preferred, along with familiarity with marketing initiatives that support sales growth
