Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks
Process claims submission, follow-ups, and denial management
Perform Medical Billing & Coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
Manage EHR/EMR documentation and patient records
Conduct eligibility & benefits verification
Coordinate prior authorization and insurance checks
Manage patient scheduling and provider communication
Ensure HIPAA compliance in all processes
Update daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with billing teams, providers, and payers
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system
Knowledge of RCM processes
Knowledge of medical documentation
Ability to handle end-to-end revenue cycle tasks
Ability to interact with providers/payers
Ability to maintain accurate medical records
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
