Responsibilities

Define success metrics: Define and implement KPIs to track progress toward desired outcomes

Represent the voice of the customer in the design, AI research, and development processes, with a deep understanding of users’ mindset, needs, and pain points

Deliver AI-enabled experiences to transform how procurement and finance teams work

Partner cross-functionally to ensure that product improvements realize their full potential and impact

Use data to inform decisions: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to transform raw data into insights and high impact decisions

Required

3+ years of product management experience on products for external, non-technical users

Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes

Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI. Experience with AI-enabled product experiences

Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions

Multi-threaded capability – ability to quickly advance multiple streams of work in parallel

Trailblazer who can chart a way forward in an ambiguous environment

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience working in B2B SaaS

Familiarity with business accounting/financial management, e.g. working in an accounting team, on financial management products, or relevant coursework
