Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with the Principal and Design Director on all phases of residential projects
Commincate clearly and succinctly with clients, vendors, and the internal design team
Manage and track multiple project timelines, deliverables, and budgets simultaneously
Accurately document and specify furnishings, finishes, and materials with established standards
Maintain detailed documentation, drawing sets, and presentation files
Ensure quality control through consistent follow-up and follow-through
Anticipate next steps and proactively problem-solve to uphold project excellence
Represent the firm's values and professionalism in every interaction

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience in interior design, construction or architecture
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace

Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated initiative with a solutions-oriented mindset
