Responsibilities

Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, considering usability and technical feasibility
Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized
Own the team's roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features on time
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product strategy
Partner with key business drivers on defining and documenting Product/Program roadmaps, leveraging business priorities, customer feedback, and industry direction
Manage and prioritize competing product initiatives based on ROI and resource availability
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Participate in cross-department collaboration
Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals and objectives
Assist in driving the strategic direction of multiple product lines or complex products
Consuming market analysis, customer research, and user testing to inform strategy
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align product strategy with overall business objectives
Proactively contributes to the improvement/optimization of process and underlying product/program
Actively pursues next higher-level responsibilities, competencies, and skills
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled
Performs other related duties as assigned
