Proper record controls to support the QMS / ISO9001 requirements
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Strong knowledge of DfMA/DfA, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods
Hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly (sheet metal, welding, piping, HVAC, or electrical)
Proficiency in CAD/PLM systems (Solidworks, Revit, DriveWorks, PDM/PLM)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications
Proficiency in Stratus or other Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or manufacturing workflow system
