Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide technology adoption strategies

Create repeatable frameworks and best practices for successful tech rollouts

Partner with IT, engineering, product, and operations to align on readiness and change impact

Lead planning and readiness for major releases and new tool introductions

Ensure deployments are organized, communicated, and sequenced effectively

Provide input to the solutioning team for user experience / adoption needs based on lessons learnt

Drive continuous improvement through post-release assessments

Establish a scalable training capability for core tools and workflows

Build role-based learning paths, self-service resources, and update cycles

Ensure training evolves alongside product and process changes

Identify adoption barriers using data, user input, and operational analysis

Work with product and engineering to integrate adoption needs into roadmaps

Highlight cross-functional issues requiring coordinated interventions

Identify ways to reduce process steps by automations / workflows / enhancements

Operate independently as the organizational expert in adoption and readiness

Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication and strong execution

Define and grow the long-term adoption and enablement function
