Audit, process, and reconcile freight bills, invoices, and related documents

Verify carrier charges against contracts, rate agreements, and shipping documentation

Resolve discrepancies with carriers, clients, or internal departments as needed

Maintain accurate billing records in internal systems and ensure timely data entry

Communicate with high volume carriers and vendors regarding payment statuses or billing issues

Assist with month-end reporting and provide carrier aging report status updates

Collaborate with the account management and carrier accounting teams to ensure the carrier partners are paid timely and streamline the client’s cash flow
