Responsibilities
Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients
Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
Prepare Bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports
Pay client bills
Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding
Update performance registers
Resolve vendor issues
Update billing worksheets
Process medical claims
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
Strong attention to detail
Multi-tasker
Preferred
Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Agilink, Datafaction a plus
