Post-Doctoral Research Fellow
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral Fellow for a T32 grant in the Shellman Lab within the Department of Dermatology. The role focuses on research related to aging, anti-tumor immunity, and vesicle trafficking, requiring expertise in cell biology or immunology.

Responsibilities
Conduct tissue culture and molecular biological experiments
Perform microscopy-based imaging techniques to study membrane and vesicle trafficking
Carry out DNA, RNA harvesting for single-cell sequencing and analysis
Design, plan, and troubleshoot experiments independently
Analyze and interpret experimental data
Present findings in weekly lab meetings and at national/international conferences
Summarize data and present findings in weekly discussions, lab meetings, or national/ international conferences
Qualification
Required
Graduated from an accredited college/university with a PhD in any biology related programs
Prior successful working experience with tissue cultures and various molecular biology techniques
All applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored Work Visa assistance
Preferred
Experience in microscopy-based imaging techniques or omic data analyses
The ability to work independently within the research lab
