LaBella Associates is hiring a Project Architect in their Architectural division, which provides comprehensive planning and design services across various markets. The Project Architect will work with large project teams, assist with client meetings, and ensure project aspects are met and completed while leading and coordinating efforts among team members.

Responsibilities

Work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed

Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician and coordinate with all other disciplines

Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration

Perform all duties with minimal guidance

Lead, communicate, coordinate, and motivate

Contribute to a positive work environment

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Registered Architect in the state of South Carolina (desirable but not required)

6-10+ years of experience

Have thorough knowledge and understanding of South Carolina building codes

Strong technical design and construction document skills

Well-developed project design and planning skills

Excellent graphic presentation skills

Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD also)

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
