Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve administrative Kafka-related issues for Redpanda Self-Hosted/on-prem
Must understand Apache Kafka Connect and how to troubleshoot issues with it
Must understand Kerberos authentication
Qualification
Required
great knowledge of Redpanda
Must know how to use Jira
Must know how to use Git and Bitbucket
Must know Agile SDLC
Must know Linux/RHEL 8 or higher
Must know how to execute Ansible
Fundamental administrative understanding of Kafka, Confluent Platform, and Redpanda Self-Hosted (all on-prem, not cloud)
diagnose and resolve administrative Kafka-related issues for Redpanda Self-Hosted/on-prem
must understand Apache Kafka Connect and how to troubleshoot issues with it
must understand Kerberos authentication
Preferred
experience with tools like Logscale a plus for reviewing logs
