Responsibilities

Customer setup and identify requirements to meet their production expectations
Understand what is needed from time of sourcing to mass production to ensure on-time safe launch
Commercial negotiations
Annual cost reduction negotiations
Understanding the breakdowns of quotes
Submit quotes in customer format & expectations
Tooling Requirements & Invoicing
ED&T Invoicing & Payment Follow Up
Supplier Portal Management Admin
Contact / General Terms & Conditions (GT&C) review & understanding
Understand the packaging process and customer requirements (including labels)
Update and maintain a master price file
Main point of contact between customers and HQ
Manage engineering changes (timing & cost)
Create monthly and yearly forecasts to support internal targets for profitability
Understand customer revenue variances and be able to clearly explain revenue to management (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Understand Account Receivable process
Compile and submit all monthly statements to Customer/Client
Track all tooling and ED&T payments
Process approval for all Credit & Debit requests
Manage Account Accruals to accurately communicate revenue
Participate in meetings with the OEM, suppliers or other organizations necessary and report to Sales Manager
Communicate and coordinate commercial work between OEM, Suppliers, and HQ in Korea
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of automotive experience
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal skills: In-person and virtual meetings via phone and e-mail/messaging/video conference tools (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Webex, text messaging)
Problem-solving skills necessary to lead discussions with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., customers, HQ) and develop successful resolutions of complex issues
Ability to think outside the box, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and manage competing priorities/multitask when necessary
Demonstrated clear/concise written communication skills to compile reports, respond to inquiries/requests, and explain processes/procedures
Flexibility to work early/late hours for business meetings
Travel: up to 5% domestic (e.g. warehouse, customer, and regional office locations throughout U.S.) and international (e.g. N. America (outside the U.S.), Asia, Europe
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing between 10–20 lbs
