Responsibilities

Assisting in creating, overhauling, and maintaining pages on the company’s intranet/knowledge system

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders as needed to gather and review content for publication

Help to maintain and update existing content on the intranet/knowledge system to reflect organizational changes and updates

Assisting with knowledge management processes, such as logging information on knowledge resources to the digital asset management (DAM) system

Organizing information within Google Drive

Adding resources and information to the Google Sites-based intranet/knowledge platform

Collaborate with Technical Writers and other members of the L&D Team to ensure learning resources are accurate and consistent

Required

Must be actively working towards a Bachelor's degree, pursuing a career in knowledge management, content or website management, technical writing, journalism, communications, or a related field

GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with using Microsoft Office products (Word) and G-Suite (Google Docs)
