Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeEIT CertificationAutoCAD Civil 3DSite Design ExperiencePlanningZoningEnglish ProficiencyEffective CommunicationSelf-starter

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

0-3 years of residential and/or commercial site design

EIT required

Knowledge of the planning and zoning process

Effective written and communication skills

Self-starter who can work independently and with team members

Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions

Preferred

Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
