Responsibilities

Supervises students in federal criminal and civil cases and collaborates with other supervisors to manage the clinic caseload and represent clinic clients

Attends regularly scheduled team meetings and supervises and conducts all required lawyering activities, including court appearances, jail visits, fact investigations, and other facets of federal litigation

Shares responsibility, under supervision, for designing and teaching seminar sessions with full-time faculty colleagues

Fulfills administrative and case handling responsibilities of the clinic

Participates in a clinical pedagogy seminar and other activities designed to support an interest in clinical teaching and legal education
