Residential Portfolio Analyst
The Durst Organization is a family-run business focused on innovation, integrity, and sustainability in real estate. The Residential Portfolio Analyst will support leadership in optimizing portfolio value through analysis of revenue and expenses, collaborating with various teams to enhance net income and oversee software integration projects.

Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze and prepare multiple metrics based reports and data for the Leasing and Executive teams to identify trends, make informed decisions and quickly respond to them
Perform market and submarket analysis of rents, concessions and other industry trends to ensure appropriate pricing
Ability to create presentations and deliver information to select audiences including Leasing, Management, Human Resources, Transactions and Executive Management Teams
Collate, prepare and regularly maintain reports for internal metrics purposes
Successful collaboration with multiple internal departments both at the corporate and property level
Responsible for the identification and implementation of software systems that support and enhance performance of the residential portfolio
Create user acceptance testing and workflows with newly implemented systems
Serve as a resource, advocate, and catalyst for sustainability at The Durst Organization. Apply the skills unique to your core job responsibilities for practical integration of sustainability into processes, standard operating procedures, and adopted business practices
Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with Masters degree strongly preferred
Residential real estate knowledge required
A minimum of 4 years required in related position in the real estate industry
MRI or other related property management software proficiency strongly preferred
Ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in MSFT office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Exceptional time management, organization, strong attention to detail and prioritization skills are also required to succeed in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels are critical to success
Must be able to work well in groups but also independently to manage and own tasks
