LaBella Associates is hiring a Project Architect in their Architectural division at the Albany, NY office. The Project Architect will work with large project teams to ensure project completion, assist in client and design team meetings, and coordinate various responsibilities with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed

Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician and coordinate with all other disciplines

Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

6-10+ years of experience

Have thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes

Strong technical design and construction document skills

Well-developed project design and planning skills

Excellent graphic presentation skills

CAD experience. (AutoCAD and Revit)

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)

Preferred

Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)

Prior experience working with NYS OGS and/or other government agencies (desirable but not required)
