Responsibilities

Review project speciﬁcations, blueprints, and site conditions to develop accurate cost estimates

Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs, ensuring competitive pricing and proﬁtability

Work closely with sales, project managers, and clients to clarify project scope and expectations

Prepare detailed bid proposals and submit estimates in a timely manner

Assist in contract negotiations by providing cost breakdowns and alternative solutions when needed

Monitor market trends, material costs, and industry pricing to maintain competitive estimates

Collaborate with internal teams to reﬁne estimating processes and improve accuracy

Track and analyze past project costs to enhance future estimating strategies

Maintain organized records of bids, proposals, and project costs for reporting and reference
